On Saturday, July 25, Anglican and United Church communities will come together to celebrate inclusion, belonging, and God's love by participating in Charlottetown's Pride Parade.
This year, we are excited to share a float and walk together under the theme "Home." Park Royal community members are invited to join the celebration as we witness to God's celebrate God's inclusive love.
Parade Information
Date: Saturday, July 25
Parade Start: 10:00 a.m.
Grounds Open: 8:0 a.m.
Please gather on Fitzroy Street and check in with parade volunteers, who will direct you to the appropriate staging area.
Please note: There is no parking or entry via Terry Fox Drive & Kent Street or Rochford Street & Fitzroy Street.
Help Build the Float
You're invited to be part of our preparations by helping build the float.
Float-Making Sessions (Date Change):
- Wednesday, July 22 | 1:30–4:00 p.m.
- Thursday, July 23 | 1:30–4:00 p.m.
Float-making will take place at the warehouse of Vicki Allen Cook in Stanhope. Please check your church bulletin for the address and additional details.
